Commercial roofing drone program

Roofing in 3D

Fly the roof. Use it for estimating, service, and production.

Your people capture it. GSI turns the flight into roof maps, 3D models, and photos your team can use. Upload the folder. No software to install.

What you get

What the program puts in place.

Capture support, a repeatable workflow, roof models, and roof maps, all organized for the way your team already works.

Live 3D model

Live proof

Open a real roof model.

Roof context, source photos, and the model together instead of another folder to manage.

How the program is built

One workflow at every level.

Your team flies. GSI processes and hosts what comes back. The levels change capacity and market protection.

One repeatable handoff See the program workflow

Choose the right level

Choose the capacity your company needs.

Every level includes processing, hosting, support, and a protected market. The levels change monthly processing, active archive, logins, and how far the protection reaches.

One primary workflow

GSI Access

$1,499/mo

Annual contract

For the company starting with one lane: service or production. Your team flies. GSI processes and hosts the work, and I support your crew.

  • 10,000 roofing squares processed per month
  • Up to 350,000 active low-slope roofing squares
  • 5 logins for your team
Discuss Access

Market protection

GSI Market Exclusive

$5,499/mo

Annual or 24-month contract

For companies that want the larger usage tier plus the strongest market protection while active.

  • 25,000 roofing squares processed per month
  • Up to 800,000 active low-slope roofing squares
  • 10 logins for your team
  • No new competing account in the agreed market while active
  • Existing users are not displaced
Discuss Market Exclusive

One roofing square is 100 square feet. Archive figures are the total low-slope roof area actively hosted at one time, not annual production. I confirm fit for your volume before you sign. Fair-use limits protect processing availability across the program.

Market protection

Claim your state before another roofer does.

Every level includes a 50-mile buffer. Through December 31, 2026, the next 5 GSI Premium clients can lock their whole state free for as long as they stay active.

Common questions

What roofers ask before they sign.

How fast does the roof come back?

Right now deliveries are averaging 24 hours from upload, and 72 is the ceiling I plan around. Capacity grows with the roster, so turnaround does not hinge on how busy the system is.

What drone do we need?

I built the program around the DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise and the Matrice 4 Enterprise. Other drones work — but both models run the capture in DJI's native flight software, which comes with the drones, and Smart Oblique mode grabs more images in less air time. If you already fly something else, I can confirm your setup when we talk. Starting from zero? Picking the drone is part of the consulting.

Who does the flying?

Your people do. The capture stays your crew’s work — they know the buildings and the schedule; I take it from upload. Flying commercially does mean your pilot needs an FAA Part 107 certificate — if nobody on the crew has one yet, I can point you to training companies I trust.

How do the files get to you?

You drag the flight folder into my upload page and you are done. No software to install, no IT project. If your crew can move a folder, they can run this part.

What if a flight comes back bad?

Every capture gets checked before anything is hosted. If the images are off, GSI processes what it can, and I show you the results, explain what happened, and help your crew avoid it next time. Worst case, the crew re-flies the roof with a clear correction to make.

Who owns the roof data?

You do. Every client gets their own hosting account with its own login — the models, orthos, and photo evidence live in your account, not mine. While you are on the program, GSI also keeps a backup of your originals as a second copy. And if I ever step away, taking over is putting your card in. You do not miss a beat.

What happens if we cancel?

You leave with everything you sent me. When a contract closes, I ship you your original images, and thirty days later I delete my copies — your data does not stay on my drives after you are gone. Your hosted projects stay live if you take over the account payment; otherwise hosting ends with the contract. Nothing here is held hostage to a renewal.

Why an annual contract?

Because the program is built around your volume. I plan processing capacity around who is on the roster, and your archive is sized for years of building records, not one flight. A program that can quit month to month is not a program — and the pricing reflects that I am committing capacity to you, not selling you a login.
